great location relaxing onsen helpful staff

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to dotonbori. the rooftop sky spa and onsen were a highlight. i also found the staff helpful with forwarding my luggage to tokyo. the room provided adequate amenities.

The location was adequate, with various shops and restaurants nearby. It was a straightforward experience.

The room cleaning left much to be desired. Used cups remained as they were for several days. The garbage bin was left open with the dirty lid next to our belongings. I expect better attention to detail.

convenient location, great onsen!

convenient location shopping mall aeon supermarket resting area

I appreciated that the hotel was situated conveniently between stops. this made it easy to walk there. it was also right next to an underground shopping and dining mall. aeon supermarket was only a quick walk away. I found it opened all hours. the onsen and common resting area provided on the top level were a treat.

i found that requesting a room clean-up after the second night only resulted in towels hanging on the front door. This minor inconvenience did not detract significantly from the overall experience.

The room had a little fridge and a kettle. These were useful additions. the view from the room was also quite nice. the room was clean. but a little small. location was ideal.

The hotel is near the main street, shopping center and close to the largest market. it is very close to a bus stop and subway station. I found this convenient. a car park is right behind the hotel.
